OUR MISSION

Our mission is to spread awareness and advocate for missing Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC). MFTM tackles this urgent issue through collaborative, trauma-informed approaches, providing resources, support, and education.

MFTM aims to amplify voices, advocate for change, and advance prevention. MFTM utilizes the arts, education, and media through a diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice lens, promoting public awareness and safety.

"This issue is not new, every year we see an increase of BIPOC go missing, and throughout it all, their cases receive disparate treatment from law enforcement and media alike. We cannot stand by while BIPOC go missing in radio silence. Mics for the Missing is one unified voice designed to drive media, law enforcement, and other key stakeholders to take action today.”
